If I'm not satisfied, can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for any course within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason. However, there will be a $25 refund fee. Please give us the opportunity to remedy any disappointments by writing to us first. Our
contact desk is available from Monday to Friday during business hours. If you would like a phone call rather than an email response, please provide times that you'll be available and where you can be reached, (a telephone number and direct line including extension if any).
